The 2nd Annual Colonial Culinary Classic

The 2nd Annual Colonial Culinary Classic, a Friends of James Beard Benefits production – also benefitting Birdies for Charity – took place March 4, at Colonial Country Club. As co-producer with Varsity Communications, Colonial CC showcased their world-class service and culinary skills at alongside a star-studded DFW list of James Beard-nominated chefs and local mixologists, sommeliers, wineries and restauranteurs.
